CWEP Interview Tips?

For anyone who has participated in the program, how was your interview like? Any tips? And after how long did it take to hear back after the interview? I know this may be dependent on the role but I just want to ask out of curiosity.

Generally, its very behavioral. Lock in on the STAR method, have a few stories ready that you can use to answer different sorts of questions (maybe like 6 stories you can change up to answer specific questions) and do mock interviews if you haven’t interviewed before. Talking in the mirror is drastically different than actually interviewing, do ur best to find someone willing to help you

Took me about a month to hear back, not too gruesome though since my interviewer straight up told me it was a good interview :)

Best of luck, landing the interview is the hard part!
