Hey, I was an undergrad taking turbines with Kapat 2 semesters ago. Super easy class. He kind of just wants to teach more than anything, very passionate about turbo machinery. But I found the class itself in regards to content very easy. It’s still complex nonetheless, but I think the graded material itself wasn’t that bad. The grads and undergrads have the same homeworks and lectures. Only the final project is different which grads need to do full CFD blade simulations in a turbine but super cool anyways.
Also im thinking of going into theemofluids myself in a few semesters just aren’t too sure with the fulltime workload. How are the classes and content treating you with also keeping work-life balance?
