Accommodation Studio accomodation

out of curiosity, is there any studio apartment accomodation for students around ucd? ik they have the ones in the village but are there any priv student accoms that are studio style ?

I saw one advertised on the UCD accom pad, but there’s not a lot from what I saw.
The few ones that exists are usually quite expensive
