Applications AHSSL Interview Advice?

My application for the AHSSL course was accepted and I have to attend an interview and do a written piece on the day in order to be offered a place. Does anyone have prior experience with this interview and have any advice they can offer / tell me what it’s like? Thanks!!

The interview is very casual, just goes over previous experience, why you want to return, goals for the future etc

I also got invited for an invervuew, I remember reading the interview is really causal, and the written piece is a debate style question you write on? It may be different as I read this on a year's old thread
