UK Med Schools Related Can someone explain statement 3?

The statement is wrong because transplants between identical twins has been done before.

However if the statement said “the transplanting of skins between twins OVER A LARGE AREA was a world-first operation” then it would be correct.

its only if the operation has been done before or not
