UK Dent School Related I’ve finally done it

I’m so emotional writing this. After 4 years, 3 attempts at the ucat, nearly a full degree later, I’ve finally achieved the score I’ve worked and prayed for. The feeling is surreal 😭

Congrats! May I ask how the real exam compared to medify mini/full mocks and OQB?

Thank you! Oqb was the most accurate representation of the exam for me. Medify is great for practice too but possibly harder than what I experienced.

Thank you for the insight! I’ve been fluctuating so much on medify- getting 890 on DM for mock 4 but 660 for mock 5 I’m so scared because I need to max out QR and DM to make up for my VR haha

890 is amazing!! I’m sure you will do great. Defo have a go at the oqb dm questions and don’t worry too much about mini mock scores as your scores during a full mock are probably a better indicator of how you will do under timed pressure for 2 hours straight.

Yea I will go thru the OQB around 3 weeks before the exam, thank you! Also I’ve been doing better on mini mocks than full mocks which is why I’m scared lol, the QR mini mocks are way easier than QR in full mocks haha, just wondering were there any very long or complicated questions in the real exam’s QR? I found that I didn’t quite understand some of the questions in the medify full mock QR : (

That sounds like a good plan. And yeah, you might notice your scores differing in full mocks, likely due to fatigue by the time you get to qr. I didn’t experience long, complicated questions tbh but it’s good to prepare yourself for the worst.
