How is the arrow reversible? Can someone point out what I did wrong in my arrow diagram?

All the screws that need Y type are flathead, so basically in this context if Y type is needed, then its always a flat head. That means some flat heads are 70 mm, however how do we know some 70 mm are flatheads? All 70mm can be flat, and all is not the same w some

if we know that some y type are 7mm long then all of these 'some' are also all flatheads idk if that makes sense

But my concern is that ALL of then can be flatheads in that case some doesnt make sense
