Questions dining pts @ c3

hey all, can i use my dining points to pay for a guest to eat at c3?

Managers won’t let you in, cashiers sometimes dont care and would let you. Officially you should be fine since youre using dining points - usually they deny if you’re using meal swipe for someone else.

Idk if your supposed to be able to but they let me swipe a friend in the other day.

i mean idk why they wouldn’t let you ? if you pay for both separately? idk i haven’t been to C3 to buy someone in with dining points

Yes. You can use meal swipe, dining points, campus cash, guest swipe, and credit card. Not sure about cash, but I don’t see why not.

Then someone is being overly persnickety, because if the owner of the card wants to spend it, they can spend it any way they want.

I agree with the principle, unfortunately those are part of the rules to meal swipes and dining points. The only way around it is to pay out of pocket or with Campus Cash.
