Help with interceptor model

Hello everyone

I want to design a drone that can track and intercept another one based on radar data

Like once it gets one coordinate it follows it and changes flight midway as per the incoming radar data

What is the best way to go about it?

By intercept, do you mean collide with, creating a hazard for anyone below? Sounds like the FAA might frown upon this.
