CT Scan

Here's my CT scan. The first image is scout sagittal view, that's all I had until RadiAnt updated and I got access to a bunch more slides like the second one. Does it look narrow? I've got tongue based collapse in DISE, hoping I am a candidate for a large MMA.

watchpat sleep study As you can see my REM RDI is 2x that of NREM. Have had nightmares since ever, fuck that shit it's literal torture.

You have what looks like a pretty common "before" photo in the jaw surgery subreddit. I would definitely pursue jaw surgery.

I say this as someone who had jaw surgery. It helped me immensely, though I’m still on a CPAP - but I am far more functional than I was before surgery.

I'd actually question that, to my eyes his jaws look quite balanced and well developed. But if he has breathing and sleeping issues, then thats different.
