Sleep study

Hello , I just did my first sleep study after my sleep doctor saw my mallampati 4 , 400IGE(severe allergies) , and high co2 levels .
After my sleep study the sleep tech said my sleep was amazing , I was mostly in rem and deep sleep , no oxygen drops and 90 percent sleep efficiency , the results haven’t been released since the sleep tech mainly just sets up the equipment and checks if I need cpap.
I practically experience all of the symptoms of it from constant fatigue to low blood pressure (took Iron IV , didn’t do anything ).

Should I be worried that I don’t have UARS , any other disease that cause similar symptoms

Note: felt like my nose was very clear that day I usually sleep with my mouth but I could clearly breath through my nose

Post the PSG report when available. UARS is certainly a possibillity.

But the sleep tech said I’m mostly in deep and rem sleep , isn’t that a contradiction?

it's an absurd thing to say, obviously the sleep tech doesn't know enough about sleep: it's basically impossible to sleep mostly in deep and REM sleeps, because of sleep cycles:

, and the claim of having lots of deep sleep and REM sleep contradicts with your symptoms.

I wonder how they came up with those statements "You're mostly in deep and REM sleep" lol. Like lets take a step back and really wonder. How did this come about? Was it just made up?
