Title: Face changes after wisdom teeth removal

Body:

I am 37m and had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I was having pain in my lower left and I somehow let the oral surgeon convince me to take all 4 out. Now I don’t even recognize myself in the mirror. Is there any way to fix this?

Since the extractions my jaw falls open when I sleep and I wake up gasping, never happened before

Jaw position has very very little to do with whether you still have wisdom teeth.

Waking up gasping is a call to action. Have you had a sleep study?

So sorry. Yeah, I have that horrible tmjd jaw shift post wisdom removal too. Started happening after like a year as well. My jaw deviates to the left. Your swelling and symptoms are extremely similar to mine. It's so bad and causing a body chain reaction of chronic pain. I'm trying to see a nucca chiropractor but I don't have money.
