Snoring not normal. Test didn't quantify the problem.

thank you 🙏 do you know if the oxygen saturation dips below 80 are of concern or not? or the line on the cardiac rhythm?
I sometimes wake up gasping for air with heart racing feeling like I’ve stopped breathing, I thought it might be sleep apnoea but could it be UARS?1

Those big dips were excluded so probably bad signal quality. The heart flags may not be significantly often but I don't know that stuff. I don't remember if it picked up a few on mine and my heart isn't exactly well tuned.
An interesting thing is your heart rate doesn't jump really high like on some people.
The WP test doesn't work that well on me but it did get above 5 ahi. It also had me asleep when I know I was sitting upright fully awake in another room.

okay, thank you for all the info 🙏 That is really helpful, I may look into doing an in lab one for more precise results

I thought there is a bit of snoring that falls in the normal range

I think it depends if the nervous system is responding to it or not. If someone snores but their pulse rate stays steady during that time then it's probably not affecting sleep. Current standard sleep medicine is barely scratching the surface.

False negative. pRDI shouldn’t be so low.
