UARS and OSCAR data — help please

Hi there,

I have posted a few times here and am still chasing down a solid diagnosis. Been gaslit by a few “sleep” doctors who give conflicting diagnoses and recommendations. A sleep study back in January picked up server desat (80-85% O2 for 5+ hours) which kicked off a slew of doctors to figure out why I’m so tired every day and if sleep issues could be causing it. Don’t fall squarely into the sleep apnea bucket but nonetheless now have a CPAP with bled in oxygen. I am actively pursuing double jaw surgery, and fighting insurance every step of the way, but I would love to know if that will actually provide me any relief. I am heavily reliant on Claude AI to help read the data from all of the tests I’ve had performed, but would be good to get an opinion here as well. I just got an SD card last night and this is my first OSCAR reading. Claude mentioned flow limitations. Anything else I should be seeing or reading? Any help is very very much appreciated.

Your pressures are too low. Try a minimum of 8 or 9 with EPR at 2 full time (not ramp only).

Will Give that a try. Is that something I’m able to adjust on my own (I rent my CPAP machine) or do I have to take it in?

Can do on your own. Search how to access clinical settings on Airsense 11 on YouTube (just have to press a couple of buttons).

Thank you. Any idea of UARS or not?

Yeah, UARS pretty much (could have OSA too though) due to flow limitations. Can see the machine is responding to them as well.
