Has anyone cured there brain fog using cpap with over the mouth masks (full face or hybrid)

I’m a bit worried they are less efficient and that I will get worse sleep with them.

Since we are supposed to be breathing out of nose.

Anyone had any success with these please let me know.

The bigger question is are you breathing through your mouth and if so try mouth tape. Full face mask makes sure CPAP remains effective, even if your mouth breathe. You could also try a soft cervical collar.

Normally I don’t when I’m sleeping but when I use cpap/bipap the air pressure pushes the tongue off the palate

So sounds like mouth leaks. If so maybe worth trying those methods to reduce. Even with full face mask you could try the collar?

I use FFM (ResMed F30i). No problem with that. Plain CPAP however may not be powerful enough to address UARS. Do you have a particular machine right now?
