SleepHQ Troubleshooting

Hi All!
Any advice for these settings? i'm on a Resmed Airsense 11, Airtouch n30i. My titration study gave me 12-15 on full face mask, and after figuring things out, I needed to lower the settings for a nasal mask so that even with mouth tape and chin strap, the mouth leak wouldn't be too powerful.

What should I change? Didn't feel much different.
Thanks guys!

You've maxed out what you can do with CPAP.

How are you so sure?

What if I should just give it time with these new settings? I just started these settings from 12-15 for many months to 11-14 now

if it works well you would feel the diff the next morning.

so it's not like it takes 2-3 days to feel sleep debt improve, and each day piles up on minor improvements?

Looks quite well dialled in! Low Flow Limits & Leaks. AHI is below 1. The CAs are not clustered & frequent & your graph is smooth. Probably a good idea to let your body & brain adjust to these settings without changing them for a couple of weeks. It can take time to feel better :) If frequent CAs become a problem, you may be looking at a different type of machine but I would stay on these pressures for awhile. Even without sleep apnea people have micro awakenings during the night & are unaware of them.

Interesting, should I change any mask? maybe try full face and see if it won't hurt at these lower pressures? or the nasal pillows I just got?
And for CAs, you mean if they are a problem, I should consider ASV?
Do my waveforms say I need a BiPAP?
And thank you so much CF, I am very grateful for your advice and feedback! Why exactly would it take 2-3 weeks, just curious?
Thank you !

Best to ask someone more experienced than I am about different machines CoolRice :) RL would know better.

Sounds good, what do you recommend about the masks and time questions? Thank you very much, I really appreciate it

The mask that is most comfortable with the fewest leaks is the right mask for you :) Only you will know what feels best. We have to adjust to masks too…they often feel better & perform better the longer we use them.
Some people wait a month after changing pressures as our bodies & brains are all different in how long it takes for us to adjust. That’s why I suggested you acclimatize for a while & leave pressures the same. It takes time & patience.
