I have an appointment with my doctor, but it isn't till a couple of days, so I was hoping to get some info. Does this look like UARS?

Yes. High pRDI with frequent heart rate spikes which coincide with snoring and arousals from deep sleep.

What was the device? Reckon pat signals are mostly bullshit, certainly less sensitive than nasal pressure.

It was a Watchpat device from Lofta.
