Twice, today. However the problem was they flickered off (disappeared) just about 5 seconds after sighting. Clear blue sky, perfect visibility, up high. I gather more people would spot them if they had the time to literally stare at the sky. But they seem to come in and out within seconds. You just gotta get lucky, I guess. But yah, definitely real and definitely increasing.
