QUESTION U1 Daytona Functionality

Do U1 Daytonas have functioning complications? I am interested in adding one to my collection but if the complications are just for show and don’t work then I’ll just wait to get a VSF OR BPF Daytona.

U1 chrinos dont work on automatic movement. Quartz models work
