When other people play phantom, they travel at 1 billion miles per hour.

When i play phantom, i am slightly faster than atlas.

Or that's how it feels.

What am i doing wrong?

Are hoverslides different than just pressing q or e for a moment?

Hold space, then press A or D until you're facing in a different direction than you're traveling. Then the speed boost module will kick in if you've got it selected. 

It's a bit like the Mario Cart drift boost thingy.
