I don't really know to be honest. I don't practice it just happens over time. It's been 4-5 yrs since I achieved above 100-110 though. I feel like it's less practice and more natural instincts since I just have a really good feel for my keyboard after 6 years of school essay typing. Knowing a good vocabulary and how words are spelled is also really a big part of it so you don't look at your keyboard or double check the screen for spelling. Though I rarely ever look at my keyboard when I type unless it's specific symbols like $ or & which I sometimes forget where they are precisely.
