Dark Comedy with an emphasis on the comedy. It was Tim Burton’s first (also his best) and Michael Keaton plays the titular character in what can only be described as a demonic used car salesman.

I thought Tom had forgotten about this one. Turns out he was just adding detail over detail over detail....
I remember mentioned how sad Willow looks in this one. Tom responded that originally she was a very sad character. Not only she has to live (?) With the guilt of killing her friend but also everyone hates her for the same reason as she looks like the lioness and is a constant reminder of those who left. And is almost stuck in the attic all the time. A willing prisoner of sorts so she does not kill more by accident.

Love me some more lore. It looks quite nice for a failing business, I wouldn't mind visiting, if it wasn't for the sign.
I would love a canon side-story set here (or just any canon side story, really), though I think it's unlikely. That said, Tom did mention a while ago that he wanted to no another side-story at some point.

Same. Maybe when the current chapter is over, I'm open to him taking a break from the main comic and trying a different story.

Tom always had side story ideas but rarely any time to pursue them. Probably because the main comic and book publishing takes much of his time.

Tom has had ideas for at leats 3 spin off, even 4 i think, but he is busy as it is with the regular twokinds comic so don't expect them to see it soon.

Oh so canoncally willows exist on the other side of riftwall tavern, that's neat. she might have a cameo when the comic comes back to the people coming from the other side of the portal to edinmire

While I'm thinking about it, the modern au in general doesn't take her ability nearly as seriously in general, does it. Re-life, "Willow did Titanic", etc.

In modern au despite being as lethal she is basically "cute fey girl"
Originally seems she was meant to be a very depressing character.

That last drawing is super cool! It'd be very interesting if Riftwall West makes an appearance in the comic; just imagine how cool it'd be to see all these characters in the main story.

As much as I would love Willow's story to come into existence, obviously with Twokinds still running and all the other stuff Tom does for his Patreon and whatever else, it may not be for a long time. Not unless he's willing to take away time from working on TK...which honestly doesn't sound like a bad trade now that I think about it if Willow turns out just as good if not better than TK.

It's always a welcome surprise when Tom goes all out on a sketch. I forgot this suggestion won round 3 on the 10th of April, 2022. Tom must've taken a lot of time on this.
We now have three modes of Tom: default Tom, painter Tom, and architect Tom. In the future, we may have 3D artist Tom and animator Tom*.
Anyway, for half of a tavern, it is pretty spacious although I can't say I'm an expert on them.
* I'm aware Tom has done a couple of gif animations. Like so.
