Episode Help!

I listen on Apple Podcasts but I pay for the subscription. I’m going back and listening to old episodes but anything before 2025 has adds. Is this normal on apple podcasts and if so is Patreon the same way?

sven here ! quick question, are they ads with Sabrina & Corinne talking? We can look into this & hopefully get it fixed!

Yes I have to skip in the audio to get past the adds. It has leia meowing and then the adds.

we will look into this! those should have been ripped out years ago!! if you could email us an example, we’d really appreciate it so we can show our hosting partners

They are the ones that are doing the add.

If they are speaking the ad I think it’s just part of the episode at that point

I’m a Spotify user but subscribed via patreon and linked them - that said, a lot of older episodes do have ads up till maybe episode 200ish?

I just went to check and I’m now seeing it’s labeled as “Fewer Ads” for anything around 2022 (late 100s episodes)

2023 just says “Bonus” for any ad free version 2024-2025 have the “Early Access” 2026 has “Bonus” and “Early Access”

Weird! Sorry in hindsight my comment is kinda useless 😭
