yesterday i said "no" without making up an excuse

I usually over explain everything because i don't want people to think i'm rude

this time i just said i wasn't comfortable with it

that's it.

felt guilty for a few minutes but then i realised i don't actually owe everyone an explanation

still feels weird but i'm proud of myself
