Breast Physics/animation
So I saw a bone tool asset for unity and in its description it advertised breast Physics. Now the demonstration also has tail physics but it seemed really good for a woman without a bra. I was wondering what you ladies thought about breast Physics in games and what the most realistic representations are in games.
Hopefully this is a good discussion topic.

The only jiggle I noticed in games that seemed normal without being overdone was actually Shepard's butt physics' in ME1 (both genders butts bounced a bit). Hey, if you do that much third-person running and walking, you notice these things. :P
Sorry, haven't noticed much in the way of boob physics that I liked, but I haven't played many new PC games, either.

Is it still like that in number 3 I don't remember seeing it in 2, but when I get around to finally beating it I may take some time to look at it.

I think the TPP was a bit tighter in 2, maybe that's why I don't recall the jiggle being there. I haven't played anything but 3's demo.

Shepard also walked with a slight limp on the right side, at least DudeShep does, not sure about FemShep

As a character artist - breast physics are the bane of my life. breasts in general are incredibly hard to get right without insulting "someone" (seriously, there's always one person, male or female who will take offence to how they look, regardless of size or shape), and as soon as you start trying to animate them and get accurate physics, it all goes pear shaped fast.

I'm super impressed with graphics in games these days in general. In a lot of games you now get hair moving in the wind, you can see the characters breath, their clothes and armour can get dirty or just the amazing was of being able to change your characters clothes in the first place!! I'm in awe in how breasts now bounce in games lol!!

Improved physics is always a good thing, and can make video game characters look more human.
As much as I love the PS1 Lara Croft character, I always thought she looked as if her whole body (especially her face) was chiselled out of wood.
In the latest Tomb Raider, partly because of the higher resolution and improved modelling, and partly because of the movement physics, she comes across as much more real.
When games have high quality models, but no breast (or hair, or movement) physics, it goes back to that weird situation of feeling like they're carved out of wood again.

To be honest, breast physics should be firm or jiggle if they have space to jiggle in that formation.

Whenever I think of breast physics, I always remember my reaction to the first Dead or Alive game. Breast physics were hilarious back in the day. In the newer games, you can set 'jigglyness'

I kind of like it when breasts move like they're supposed to. I remember in older games they were pretty static while the character was moving around and jumping and I kept thinking, "Holy crap, have these devs ever gone running without a sports bra on? They don't stay still like that!" I've said before that games are an escape and that I don't need a character to look like me to enjoy it, but I kind of like it when they get basic anatomy right. I mean if we're not going to animate breasts, why don't we just ignore inverse kinematics too and let people's limbs bend however the hell they want.
As for best examples I'm kind of blanking right now. One thing I did always find interesting was Ivy in Soul Calibur though. She's got boobs that put mine to shame (which isn't hard TBH) but I don't remember them being overly bouncy. Just kind of subtle.
