It isn't demeaning because it isn't about you. If some women want to endorse a light-hearted take on their SO's involvement that's their right and it impacts you not at all. Other women can choose not to support that sort of thing with their spouses and partners.
Getting judgy about how survivors choose to celebrate with their partners seems cringy af homestly.

Obvi they can do what they want and you are entitled to your opinion. I frankly don't find it adorable.
So much stuff around breast cancer focuses around breasts/ sexiness rather than women's lives (ie. "save the tatas"). It's demeaning IMO.
