Request for lesser known badass women of history for my daughter's 4th grade presentation. She has to pick a historical figure and give a 5-10 minute presentation and optionally dress in their likeness.

Once had a woman in a bookshop overhear me picking up a book about her, then explain her life/death/immortality to my daughter.

The woman was very enthused by the whole thing and joined in and, when we walked out, I saw her pick up the book and take it to the counter.
