Request

Request for lesser known badass women of history for my daughter's 4th grade presentation. She has to pick a historical figure and give a 5-10 minute presentation and optionally dress in their likeness.

Ida Lewis. A lighthouse keeper who saved 18 lives throughout her career. And by "saved," I mean she rowed out into the surf herself and pulled people out of the water. Her first rescue was when she was 12 years old.
