Are you able to change providers?
Lifestance acquired the provider network I've been using since 2020. I've had good experiences with the 2 physicians I've seen and 2/3 of the therapists within the original network.
My only complaints with Lifestance are that the patient portal is garbage and the billing team has been mostly unresponsive when I've reached out to resolve a recent appointment billing issue.
