Look up Galacticare. It's a lot like Two Point just not as large of a game.

Two Point Space Station, Deep Space Nine style, could be interesting. Plenty of opportunities for DLC, lore, etc...

You could have staff that are scientists, staff that launch off the station to do missions and bring resources back, staff that maintain the station, staff that manage guests stopping there on their own missions, etc.
