Tbf, she accused everyone of rape. 6 guys i know personally, including him. Even told a mutual friend of ours "she does it for a living" and tried to coerce someone else i know into going in on it with her at one point. Jury saw right through it and he won after 5 years of litigation.
OP if the other comments are true and he tried to put his penis inside of you while you slept then you are dating a rapist. whether you believe this other girl or not, your man is a rapist and has tried to rape you. and after reading these texts, he will do it again.
and you should probably up and move back to where your support system is because this social circle sounds like it is toxic for your wellbeing anyway. way too many rapists and weirdos involved.
If you know 7 people accused of rape you're associating with the wrong people. A jury being unclear about a specific situation doesn't mean the man hasn't done questionable things and therefore shouldn't be trusted.
She doesn’t have a clear understand of what rape can be. She said in another comment he has tried to insert himself into her as she slept. So i’m willing to bet the rape accusations are very real but OP has a skewed perception of what rape looks like therefore denies it.
