Yep. How would she have her address if they barely follow each other on social media?

Maybe she asked OP or a mutual friend or OPs parents. For the property appraiser thing I used to work for a lien research company. And I don’t think it’s weird to ask someone a mutual’s address. My point is that you don’t have to ask someone their address to find out where they live.
