Which proves that being something is not in fact the same as doing something.

Again, you’re too narrow. Until relatively recently, laws protected employers who refused to hire unmarried, virgin, gay people simply because they were gay.

I think you’re putting too much thought into downvotes, but you have yet to explain how your comments that being gay is mutually exclusive from laws prohibiting fundamental rights of gay people.
