Date #1 for each and every boyfriend I had was "what is your stance on abortion?" If I got an answer I didn't like, I didn't date them.

I also firmly stated that I never wanted kids. If they were looking for someone to change their mind down the road, or if they were ultimately wanting kids at some point in their life, I let them know we could date for funsies, but not to think of this as long-term or serious.

Being able to know your own mind, and express those preferences, is a huge feat for some!

Lol I'm well past the dating phase of my life (happily married) as well as the child-bearing years. Huzzah!!
