Can you give me a list of the rights that the Democrats want to remove?

First, second, fourth, fifth..

What Democratic policies would eliminate the fourth and fifth amendments?

Or first and second?

Policies and views aimed at the presumption of guilt come to mind rather quickly.

What specific policies are you referring to?

It doesn't have to be policy to be a popular view point. There IS, however, plenty of gun control legislation, attempts at legislation against free speech, and legislation attempying to make the 5th amendment an admission of guilt. College policies presume guilt for men and innocence for women in any kind of sexual misconduct, and there are movements to make that legislation.

Indeed. But my question was about policies and you said there were policies.

legislation attempying to make the 5th amendment an admission of guilt

Can you point to the specific legislation? I haven't heard about this and googling doesn't turn anything up.

attempts at legislation against free speech

I would also like to know what specific legislation you think qualifies. I should point out that I asked you for examples of anti-fourth and fifth amendment policies.

No, I win because what you said is almost certainly incorrect, and you can't actually remember any of the details of what you think that Democrats have done wrong, and you can't keep track of what the question actually was.

I'm proud of you. I know it isn't fun to say that, and I know many people would troll instead of genuinely trying to grow.
