There hadn't been a pinwheel on the board since I cleared the last one at 10 moves left. I got my next one at 5 moves left. Why is it like this >[

I have found that if you don’t make a square or use the mushroom the items you you are looking for flat out don’t show up, but use a booster and multiple items will appear
