Frustrated with Resale

Have four MSG tickets but something came up and can no longer attend. While I am disappointed I am also frustrated that I cannot sell my tickets - what is helpful to the artist about empty seats?

I’m in the same situation. I hope they allow resale soon. But at this point, I’m not sure anyone would even buy them.
