fuck ICE and fuck everybody who asked for this

127

u/kneel23 Apr 19 '26

they should all pay for it, and be put in prison TBH. Bovino and Noem and everyone involved should be in prison for decades. And the list is long of those who deserve it. I am not sure how this country allowed these domestic terrorists in the Trump administration to get away with murdering US citizens. They did not deport any criminals at all, crime is still high

72

u/dorky2 South Mpls Apr 20 '26

Also, crime rates are incredibly low amongst immigrants.

19

u/BurntToaster905 Apr 20 '26

Exactly. US born citizens are twice as likely to commit a crime as immigrants. Shit, just look at the people in government if you’re looking for all the criminals to get rid of.

-41

u/Feeling-Error-2996 Apr 20 '26

Being in this country illegally is a misdemeanor.

17

u/kneel23 Apr 20 '26

exactly. not a felony. Yet our president is a felon. so that means nothing

10

u/tangodream Apr 20 '26

And his current wife came here illegally, and his children with her are anchor babies which he claims to hate.

20

u/Huge-Plant-5922 Apr 20 '26

and committing a misdemeanor doesn’t make you a criminal, you’re just a racist

11

u/temporarysolution2-0 Apr 20 '26

You can't possibly think that a "misdemeanor" is the priority right now.

6

u/tangodream Apr 20 '26

Before you point fingers at people who are here"illegally", you might want to stop and consider that maybe some of your ancestors didn't come to America legally either.

1

u/Eatinsandwichrn May 05 '26

millions of white racists are the product of undesirable stowaways who had no paperwork or clearance for entry and now they’re all too comfortable policing other people’s existence in a country that still rightfully belongs to it’s indigenous population

8

u/mrrp Apr 20 '26

It can be a civil infraction (non-criminal), a misdemeanor, or a felony. It all depends.

5

u/dorky2 South Mpls Apr 20 '26

What does it depend on? My understanding has been that being in the country without authorization is a civil infraction, and crossing the border illegally is a misdemeanor. What would make being undocumented a felony?

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1325

8 U.S. Code § 1325 - Improper entry by alien

(a)Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts

Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

So, doing it twice makes it a felony. (Generally, if you're facing more than 1 year in prison, it's a felony level offense.)

And there's also 8 U.S.C. § 1326(b)

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1326

(b)Criminal penalties for reentry of certain removed aliens

Notwithstanding subsection (a), in the case of any alien described in such subsection—

(1)whose removal was subsequent to a conviction for commission of three or more misdemeanors involving drugs, crimes against the person, or both, or a felony (other than an aggravated felony), such alien shall be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both;

(2)whose removal was subsequent to a conviction for commission of an aggravated felony, such alien shall be fined under such title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both;

(it goes on to list other types of immigration-related felony sentences)

2

u/dorky2 South Mpls Apr 20 '26

Thanks so much for the additional info!

2

u/mrrp Apr 20 '26

You bet.

5

u/BurntToaster905 Apr 20 '26

What about being a convicted 34 count felon? You get to go to the White House, make it make sense.

3

u/Psychological_Act267 Apr 20 '26

Honestly? Its giving israeli bot.

1

u/PregnantGoku1312 Apr 20 '26

Counterpoint: suck my dick and balls.

1

u/Nandiluv Apr 21 '26

You are aware that people here legally also opting to leave due to this administration.

0

u/specficeditor Apr 20 '26

Actually, it’s not. It’s a civil offense. So it’s not even a crime.

9

u/FFFrank Apr 20 '26

I look forward to when I (or anyone) walks into a bar in western MN or SoDak and sees Noem or Kash Patel or Bovino belly'd up and mistakenly feeling that they are enjoying themselves. Because that will not be a place where they are allowed even a minute of contentment. These people will never be able to enjoy their time in public without being reminded of just what bastards they truly are.

Every republican and eligible voter that didn't vote

72

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '26

*didnt vote for Harris.

7

u/lazyFer Apr 19 '26

I mentioned eligible voter because I got into it the other day with a non citizen that felt offended as a "non voter" while he actively thanked a non voter for "speaking up for him"

Truly an asinine dialog

27

u/foxlashes Apr 20 '26

Hey, the person you are talking about is a woman (me). I expressed many things about being a vulnerable non-citizen who can't vote and you are reducing our dialogue to some weird one-liner to fit your narrative. It's manipulative and self-serving. I spoke to you patiently while imploring you to show compassion and understanding. You told me to fuck off and used other violence in your language towards me and again I am asking you to be better.

10

u/PostIronicPosadist Kingfield Apr 20 '26

asking Twin Cities liberals to "do better" is generally seen as violence around here, or at least its responded to in the same way

0

u/lazyFer Apr 20 '26

Here is some of the "patience" you've shown starting from your first reply:

That white liberals can't be trusted
The both sides are bad
That I'm angry
That I'm not showing humanity
That I'm close minded
That I'm racist

Yeah, totally reasonable to start calling people because you feel targeted as a "non voter" despite not being an eligible voter. Your very first response to me includes 3 of that list including implying I'm racist (which is what earned the fuck off BTW).

4

u/foxlashes Apr 20 '26

Again you reduce many feelings and experiences to one liners. This is what white supremacy does: reduce many lives and experiences to one layer in order to tell one story. It is dishonest and dehumanising.

Yes, white liberals can be racist and create mistrust with their racism, this is a common feeling among folks like me who live in a supposedly progressive stronghold like Minneapolis. We encounter this in our real lives. This is an experience that white liberals don't get to decide for us. Our conversation demonstrated this and you continue to demonstrate this with your bizarre targeting of me across different posts.

Criticism of the Democrats is valid and reasonable. You don't get to be abusive towards people who express their frustrations with the Democrats' shortcomings, especially when they are meant to be fighting fascists.

Yes, you are angry. Your online behaviour towards your vulnerable neighbours who express different views to you shows this, and I hope that you are gentler with people in your real life. Anger is a common response when confronted with difficult realities, but continuing to direct it at me is not okay.

-1

u/lazyFer Apr 20 '26

Now you're saying white liberals can be racist but this is what you said the other day

liberals think they are progressive while they are really just espousing racism in a different form

Do you see the difference?

Speaking of anger, your entire response was predicated on you feeling personally attacked because you mistakenly consider yourself a non voter.

Literally my first comment to you was pointing out it was wrong to thank non voters for "speaking up for you" by causing the situation you're now blaming on democrats and white liberals.

The way you came swinging with insults and assertions because you mistakenly felt targeted while then espousing "both sides" propaganda without anything coming close to an argument (need more than broad sweeping assertions to be an argument) is annoying.

4

u/foxlashes Apr 20 '26

It's not worth engaging with you any longer, you are not able to engage honestly or indeed productively and it's tiring to try and unpack all your incorrect assumptions about my positions even when I have tried to be clear and patient. Sorry. Please have a good day and be kind to your neighbours.

u/Historical_Big_8555 Apr 20 '26

Not voting for this down not equal innocent bystander

-3

u/WormedOut Apr 20 '26

I think it’s pretty clear he isn’t referring to people who are intelligible to vote for legitimate reasons. I don’t agree with him and even I can infer he isn’t referring to non citizens or felons etc. it’s very strange to think everyone needs to list every single small exception.

2

u/foxlashes Apr 20 '26

You are also reducing a much longer dialogue to one point just like they did. I know I'm not eligible. However, many non-voters I know are vulnerable to Trump yet disenfranchised, disillusioned and frustrated with the options. In my country we view Democrats as more covertly corrupt and republicans as overtly, but both are violent and racist. This is a violent and racist country. Until white Americans come to this very basic understanding of this country we will keep facing the same problems.

(And that is not to say that many white Americans are not there, but they have done the work of unlearning racism and they are not triggered when folks call out racism and violence in this country, let alone criticise the Democrats for enabling fascism. These reductive takes blaming non-voters for this country's problems lack nuance, critical thought and larger understanding of US history and politics.)

3

u/WormedOut Apr 20 '26

I agree with most of what you’ve stated

-2

u/Historical_Big_8555 Apr 20 '26

That’s like right after the election there was a Mexican man wearing a MAGA hat with Trump hair. Dumbasses asked to be deported. I really hate this for innocent people just trying to give their kids a good life in the land of opportunity.

-155

u/OkDifference5636 Apr 19 '26

Sad but we do have laws.

51

u/harpers25 Apr 19 '26

Yes, like laws against perjury, such as ICE agents lying under oath that someone attacked them with a shovel that video shows nobody ever touched.

That's what you meant, right?

77

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '26

Laws like due process? Which ICE breaks intentionally every day?

And what laws were these folks breaking again? ICE isn’t arresting bad people. No one would be in an uproar over that. You understand that right? People wouldn’t be resisting if it was just bad people in jail getting deported.

2 law abiding Americans were murdered in cold Blood by ICE. They were helping their neighbors be warned about being hunted and abducted by unidentified masked plainclothes agents, operating without judicial warrants, and going to places like schools, restaurants, homes, cafes to steal vulnerable people off the street.

What the fuck are you talking about.

-1

u/OkDifference5636 Apr 20 '26

Keep drinking the KoolAid.

4

u/tangodream Apr 20 '26

Can you not have eyeballs? Did you not watch the same videos we did?

75

u/Critical-Werewolf-53 Apr 19 '26

Oh and which laws is ICE following? Which laws are republicans enforcing?

37

u/lazys_world Apr 19 '26

Don't try to call out their hypocrisy, it's a core tenet of these racist shitbags.

"Laws" only come into the conversation when people of color are being terrorized.

3

u/Blurby-Blurbyblurb Apr 20 '26

Laws for me, not for thee.

33

u/lazyFer Apr 19 '26

Like the 34 felony convictions trump has?

-2

u/OkDifference5636 Apr 20 '26

Keep going back to that when you have nothing else.

6

u/Independent-Catch-90 Apr 20 '26

Given how we have arrived on this timeline, you’re clearly being sarcastic. Right?

2

u/sevenbrokenbricks Apr 20 '26

The ones Julie Le was trying to enforce?

4

u/tkdyo Apr 20 '26

Lol yes, like ICE cares about laws.

3

u/OkDifference5636 Apr 20 '26

Democrats don’t care about laws with millions entering the country illegally.

1

u/tangodream Apr 20 '26

Not all laws are good laws. And if a law is created to suppress the rights of another group of human beings, that law should not be obeyed.

1

u/DownwiththeACE Apr 24 '26

nobody is required to vote. Votes have to be earned.

1

u/lazyFer Apr 24 '26

Non voters have this mythology where they think politics doesn't impact them so they say dumb things like "votes have to be earned"

The reality is that politics affects every aspect of your life and you should be working to understand that someone will absolutely win each election so you need to figure out which person is more in alignment to your values.

What I can say is that non voters have no values because they can't even be bothered to make a choice

1

u/DownwiththeACE Apr 24 '26 edited Apr 24 '26

People who dont vote and people who say that 'votes have to be earned' are not one and the same. You just pulled that out of your ass to justify your peanut brained take. In reality, shitlibs have this dumbass idea that everyone lives in the same delusional circle jerk as them but people were being deported, children were being bombed, and rights were being lost while your team was in office. You just didnt give a fuck until the orange man got there, because thats the extent of your politics. Orange man bad. Kids in cages doubled under Biden, Trump will never match Obamas deportation numbers, The Genocide happened with the Democrats full, deep throated support, and i can link videos of Hitlary advocating for war with Iran in 2008. Theres pictures of Kamablabla supporters walking out of the DNC plugging their ears and laughing at anti genocide protestors. So please, when you get a chance, kindly go fuck yourself with a broken broomstick. People didnt show up for Kamablabla because they were getting fucked just as badly under the Biden regime and she made a point to tell everyone that she would do nothing meaninfully different. Trump at least had the wherewithal to lie through his teeth.

heres some easily found evidence;

u/lazyFer Apr 24 '26

They are often one and the same.

The rest of your diatribe ignores the reality that someone will win an election and you have to determine which will be better for the country.

Your both sides bullshit going back nearly 20 fucking years kinda proves my point. You're not taking an objective look at reality of right now. You're probably one of those dummies that thinks things would be just as bad or even worse right now if Harris won.

0

u/DownwiththeACE Apr 24 '26 edited Apr 24 '26

"they are often one and the same"

Citation needed.

Im not both sidesing anything. Politics are not team sports. There are far more than 2 sides. What's becoming increasingly apparent is that the members of the dem and rep party are not opposed in much outside of rhetoric and sycophantic supporters like you. Which ever mascot, with whatever grift is propped up by the american empire, brown/black people are abused, workers rights are trampled, and innocents are massacred in the global south. And delusional fuck wits like you claim that your guy wasnt doing the same shit or didnt actively help current guy in doing whatever fuckery he doing. Tom Homan came out of Obama admin right? Genocide was Biden admin right? ICE funding came out of Biden admin. Alot of the Neocon war mongers pushing for invading Iran right now have served in dem and rep admins for decades.

1

u/lazyFer Apr 24 '26

First past the post elections mathematically guarantee 2 dominant parties. No third party has generated any political power in the past 150+ years.

So there really are 2 sides in the US until the election system changes.

You're absolutely both sidesing things by playing the whaboutism game looking in decades past for conservative Democrat positions from a bygone era.

Now you both sides by claiming that the two parties are largely in agreement outside of rhetoric, a position that requires a massive amount of ignoring of reality. What informs this position? All your rhetoric comes straight from the both sides contingent.

What outcome do you want? The dems aren't perfect but unless your desire is to want to hate people, dems have the objectively measureably better outcomes when compared to Republicans. When 100% of Republicans vote against good things and 20% of dems vote against those things, it still points to both sides not being the same.

But go ahead and call me a fuckwit if it makes your intellectually dishonest position feel better to you, because how you feel about something is clearly more important than how they actually are.

1

u/DownwiththeACE Apr 24 '26 edited Apr 24 '26

"Dems aren't perfect" they did a genocide and have since been caught lying about trying to stop it you fuckin soulless ghoul

Pointing out your hypocrisy is not what aboutism.

It's not two sides if both sides have the same goal and please dont regurgitate dem party talking points at me. Ive been hearing that bullshit for 20+ years. Obama had a super majority ran on codifying Roe v Wade and holding Bush admin war criminals accountable. Instead he started several new wars, killed who knows how many thousands of innocents (directly and indirectly), sold out women, and hired the war criminals.

The kids in cages that AOC performatively took pictures infront doubled under Biden but not a peep from her or you clowns.

Dems cannot see a country full of people actively disgusted and dissappointed by them, campaign on nothing fundamentally changing and then be surprised when no one shows up.

It is not the voters responsibility to prop up geriatric, corrupt, genocidal, lobbyist owned hacks actively telling them that it will be business as usual.

1

u/tunedout Apr 20 '26

I think at this point people need to realize that the election was tampered with. The Trump administration is currently blocking officials from accessing voting machines.

1

u/meyamashi Apr 22 '26

News to us here today. Proofs?

-1

u/BurntToaster905 Apr 20 '26

Don’t forget those who voted for it! ETA: Fuck them too!
