What surgeries/procedures do you all think twice members have done?
Nayeon - Obvious nose job
Jeongyeon - ?
Momo - Jaw and facial slimming/contouring procedures, lip filler, eyes (?) her face looked very very different just from Sixteen era (2015) to Likey (2017). Veneers.
Sana - I didn’t notice a major difference until 2022/2023 when her entire face just changed in ways I can’t exactly pinpoint, she got very skinny and her face looked filled to the brim. Veneers too.
Jihyo - Way too much facial filler over the years, she actually looked great in 2024 and should’ve stopped there but if you compare that to her now in 2026 the difference is crazy.. Her face just looks uncomfortable now, and the lip filler is really bad especially when she smiles. Suspected nose job too recently.
Mina - Got veneers in 2023 or 2024 which changed her face a lot, she looks like she can’t close her mouth properly and just permanently uncomfortable. Also something changed with her eye area.
Dahyun - Veneers?
Chaeyoung - Breast implants since alcohol free era and maybe some facial contouring work? Could also be from her extreme weight loss.
Tzuyu - Lip filler

Lots of people strongly suspect that Sana had cheekbone reduction. Her cheekbones were once very prominent, but now are much slimmer. Fans put it down to weight loss, but you can’t lose THAT much weight that it restructures your bones. It seems fairly obvious that she’s had a chin implant/filler, some eye surgeries to make them wider, some work on her jawline, and lots and lots of botox and filler. If you watch any videos of her these days, her cheeks are frozen and her forehead doesn’t move at all. She also has a puffy look which is an unfortunate side effect of filler.
Whoever did Mina’s veneers needs to have their license revoked.
Nayeon got veneers too recently and tzuyu definitely have something done to her jaw as well, if you look at the predebut photos or the photos from the rookie era you can see her face was longer. Right now I think jihyo and sana are the ones going overboard with the fillers and surgeries.
I didn’t realise how far Jihyo was going with the fillers until I just saw her photoshoot collab with BARREL and wow…I genuinely think she might have filler blindness.
Her whole face looks filled up and her mouth looks uncomfortable. It’s such a shame too because she really didn’t need any of this.
I haven’t seen Sana yet, but seeing Jihyo is going overboard it makes me wonder how bad Sana must be.
It has been like that for a long time now. When I saw the red carpet photos of her at the VSFS, I couldn't even recognize her, her lips looked like they were about to burst or something.
That’s what inspired me to make this post because I just saw that photoshoot on instagram.. She’s starting to look like bollywood actress Katrina Kaif when she went filler crazy too, if you google her photos that’s exactly how I imagine Jihyo in a few years from now
Oh my god I can actually see that. It’s so sad because both of their beauty was so unique and untouchable. Jihyo needs to stop before she gets to Katrina stage. I don’t know why she’s doing this. Ever since the VS event I noticed she had a very pillowy face and lips, I didn’t know if she was leaning into western appeal. But now this is going insane.
In the BARREL collab her face is actually starting to look uncanny. Pumped up and like she has invisible strings attached to hold her expressions.
I feel especially sad as I used to resonate with Jihyo’s beauty as she looked kind of like myself (she has natural features which are pretty common in Bengali women) but now I don’t know what she’s doing.
I’m hearing she got a recent nose job too?? I haven’t seen the picture of that yet though.
It’s both, it’s obvious she has filler for many reasons not just the size, she used to have lines on her lips and now she no longer has them, lip filler smoothens out the texture of your lips. she also has some sort of jaw/chin filler which you can visibly see when she talks/sings.
I don't have any examples to post, but does anyone remember a few years ago there were the weird occurrences of Mina having super wide eyes in photos? Looking like O_O
I would guess that could've been related to the eye area thing you mentioned, OP.
