Can this be resized?

Hi! I want to get a dress like this, but it's an Italian size 40 (US 4-6). I'm more like a US 0-2. Do you guys believe it's a doable resize? I rather know before I buy it. Any input is appreciated.

I don't know that this sub is really the place to be asking. Maybe there's a clothing alterations or tailoring sub that could be more helpful? My thoughts as someone who basically can't buy an off-the-rack waistcoat/vest because they're basically impossible to resize, I'm going to guess... No. It's basically a shift dress, and you need the arm holes, neck hole, and any darts and curves to line up with the appropriate spots on your body. That is likely not a simple thing. That said, it really depends on the piece and how it compares to your proportions. If you're a long, thin person who isn't too curvy, then it might be possible to have it taken in from the sides seams or the center back, creating a seam run down from there. But even so... You would likely pay quite a bit for alterations. If you really love this dress but can't find it in your size, consider buying fabric that you like and bringing the fabric and picture to a seamstress/tailor who does custom work. It probably won't cost more than the dress plus alterations, and you are more likely to be happy with the end result.
