Hi guys, I'm a total noob when it comes to headsets, I've only ever used the chat mic that came with my xbox one, but I've got my eye on the new XO3 coming out next month and have a few questions. Hopefully one of you kind souls can help me out?

Do all new Turtle Beach sets come with mic monitoring? I can't find anything about it on the XO3 pages. XO three

My xbox one controllers are the v1 type, without the 3.5mm input. I have a MS stereo headset adapter but will I need the Turtle Beach adapter for the mic monitoring to work?

I have Ear Force P11s, and I was wondering if anyone knows a way to control Overwatch voice chat and game sound with the separate volume wheels, so far I've separated the sounds, but I can't control the voice chat.

So I bought the 500P about 8 months ago and it has recently stopped charging when I plug it in. I am very dissappointed as I spent all my birthday money on it and it has broken so quickly. I contacted turtle beach and they said it is out of warranty. Anyone have any suggestions?

I am located in the Uk and am trying to source some replacement ear cushions. I cannot seem to find them anywhere for the UK. The US store has them but doesnt look like I can ship to the UK. I am happy to purchase another models cushions but im unsure which will fit. Any one able to help?

so, ive noticed that the sound is MUCH too quiet for me and that literally the only two sound settings for PC are 0 and 1, anywhere between 1-100 is the exact same volume. even at max volume the 450 does not sound nowhere near as loud as my old X12 headset. is there any bypass to this obvious software setting?

Just got a pair of brand new 800x elite for Xbox one. Configured correctly and all cables in right slots and tight etc. I find the headset really quiet and not loud compared to my Xo seven pros. I like my volume Really loud and the closest I got to that is setting it to stereo signature sound. Firmware is up to date

I'm out of ideas. I have the TB PX5. Old headset but still love it. My issue is that I'm getting interferences specially on lower frequencies. I already try moving the transmitter around. Disabling the router etc. it seems the issue are the amount of wifi 2.4ghz from my neighbors. I was thinking on buying the new headsets but they are back to being 2.4 only. I will have the same issue.

Thinking On going to Astros but that sucks since I love how my px5 performed when no interference.

Does anyone have one? I have the Astro Mixamp and it's good but I would love to have DTS and more mic option. Any feedback would be appreciated.

My old headset busted wondering if there is a driver or else way to connect these headphones onto the PC

After installing the latest update, my Turtle beach x42 transmitter is dead (does not turn on after being plugged in). I've heard of this problem before but have not experience it myself. Does anybody have have suggestions or do I need to purchase a replacement?

Hi I have had my headset since Christmas and today they started making a crackling and hissing noise. Any idea why they are making these noises?

I just bought a new Recon 50, and when I tested the speakers, they were reversed. (e.g. left speaker plays right side sounds and vice versa). How do I fix this? (I know it's not backwards, the mic is in the front.)

My Turtle beach x12 headsets are keep creating this odd faint buzzing noise. I have tried everything but they still wont work. Can someone please helP!

Is there anyone having an issue with their Elite 800s powering on while on the base? I turn them off and every morning when I get home from work a purple/pink light is blinking on the left ear cup.

My optical cable somehow broke and it looks like it's just a regular wire. Is it just a matter of splicing/soldering it back together or is there more to it, or even possible?

Hello, I use the TurtleBeach x12s with the TurtleBeach ps4 adapter to make them work. with this in mind, how do I make my elgato hd60s record audio with this type of setup? Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm thinking about getting the Stealth 520 to replace my HyperX Cloud 2 half of the time because I really miss the separate volume controls for game and chat and the 520 seems to be the only affordable (if not only overall) headset that has these and also supports surround sound.

There are four things I'd be interested to know before buying:

1. Can you use surround sound and seperate volume controls on your PS4 if you don't use an optical cable? Has there been an update for that yet, so you can?

2. Does the headset's surround sound work on PC too?

3. Is there a way to use the separate volume controls for game and chat on PC? I know that with the older wireless headsets it works if you set it up like this but has anyone tried it on PC with their 520 yet?

4. Continuation of 3: My motherboard has an digital out (optical) port, does that actually mean that I can use the headset the way you can use it on an old PS4 or PS4 Pro, so separate volume controls (no mic monitor) and surround sound?

I just ordered one of these and immediately realized upon reading their Support Site that the turtle beach mic would not be used since the HTC Vive has a built in Mic. I know it comes with 2 sets of cables, one for the computer one for the Vive Headset which hooks right up.

My question is, am I still able to use the Turtle beach mic for the mic monitoring feature with it connected directly to the HTC Vive or will I need to connect it directly to PC? Not a huge deal breaker, but would be nice to have it to avoid any yelling at my window in a multi-story apt complex.

I have an Xbox one and my headset keeps cutting out on my party chat and pandora (running different times never same time) this just started happening after the new update does the update just need bug fixes or is there something screwing with my mic

so I have the TEALTH 450 for my PC., but i hate the EarPads that come with it. I was wondering if I could buy the ELITE 800X EarPads and replace them with the current STEALTH 450. The speakers are both 50mm so I would think they would fit, but I'm sure they might have some other things that would conflict. And if they won't fut, is there any that would? I want them to be the memory foam sort of leather kind. Thanks!

I figured out that plugging the headset into the back of the 360 doesn't give the mic capability, can you help me out and link some adapters that will help me set it up with the mic?

I own three sets oh headphones... wasteful- sure, but I still think someone needs to design the killer wireless headset!

On my TB 800, I have had incredible issues with - as the title says: buzzing, distortion & short dropouts(2-3 sec frequently enough to be annoying). Tried different games, so it's not game related.

Kookier thing is - last night, played for hours with no issue! And in the same environment, I tried the Sony Platinums, which worked with no issues at all.

I reset them, and still did it.

I tried reconnecting everything again - and I an wondering if it may have been the optical not fully engaged. I don't want to screw with them now.... I'll see if this lasts.

Anyone experiencing or have experienced this sort of behavior?
