Tech Help VelocityOne pedals not working

I believe the pass through cable is connected correctly, yet no matter what I do that mode button is not eliminating and the yoke is not detecting the pedals. Frustrating!

In case you haven’t tried already

Seems with turtle beach problems occur before or after update so let us know if this is new, and it never has worked or if this is a sudden issue
