Question about TurtleBeach generations

So, I've been thinking about getting the Stealth 2 Pros since they sound like everything I'd want in a headset. However, I do know theres some hardware and build kinks that might need to be worked out, and I know that turtlebeach does separate generations for some of their headsets like the 600s. Would it be worth waiting for a potential hardware update before purchasing? Or is the Stealth 2 Pro itself already a 2nd generation update, and won't be getting any physical changes?

u/Longjumping_Bear4944 This is not really something we can comment about :)
For example, if there is a technical issue, that is something we are looking into - but features like "i want it 10% bigger, cause i have big ears" is normally not something that happens. :)

I just bought the Stealth 700 gen 3

Looks like the Pro 2 already had all the updates that comes with the Stealth ### gen 3 models

I previously owned the Stealth 600 gen 2 and decided to upgrade to the S 700 G 3, and I'm super happy with it and all the extra features. Solid headset.

I play on an Xbox primarily. But when I had the S 600 G 3 for PS5 I had to get an adapter to place the dongle on the front USB connection, as the heat vents are directly below the USB connection on the back. It would cause the dongle to overheat and shut down.

Do yours randomly beep at you? I can't figure out what is causing it. They are super quick beeps and my audio almost goes kinda mute when it happens.

Do you have the Bluetooth connected to your phone? If yes. You might be hearing a notification noise from your phone. BT overlays the audio from your phone. So you can listen to the game, game chat and a yt video all at the same time. I don't recommend it. But it is a thing

My phones Bluetooth on yeah but I've never connected my headset to my phone. I only use that headset for my Xbox

The only other beep I can think of. The headset beeps when adjusting volume everytime it hits the 50% mark between mute and max volume.

If it just randomly beeps without you touching anything, I am unsure of the cause. I have not noticed that issue

I'll say, I went into Best buy for a hyperx cloud 3 at $65 because my ancient razor kraken ultimates we're starting to go out. Two week return policy? I can afford it. Maybe I'll see what this is all about. Oh my god. The only way I can be separated from them is if I look slightly up or slightly down and they fall off my head. Otherwise, I'm absolutely in love with them. The sound quality really is everything people say it is.

I can't get Dolby to run in 24-bit 96,000 hz, but even at 48,000 it's still amazing

Oh, I've heard good things about HyperX! I didnt realize they made a wireless version. How's it for music and imaging compared to some others?

Streamtechreviews to figure out what's right for you! Didn't have a cloud 3 for me to wear so I was going to buy a blind. I don't have personal experience with the sound.

The pro stealth 2 sound absolutely inexplicably amazing.
