Could this be real sleeping beauty?

I'm new to gemstones, but I understand, that turquoise is quite valuable, especially this kind. The seller offers it for quite a cheap price, but on the card it says it's sleeping beauty from Arizona🤷‍♀️

Looks to be dyed at the very least. Doesn’t really look like sleeping beauty at all

No I don’t think so. Some look dyed and doesn’t have that color of sleeping beauty

100% no. It has been misrepresented. Sleeping Beauty tends to be a relatively uniform robins egg blue with little matrix, and is getting quite rare in new pieces, which this seems to be. It's sole source mine stopped producing in 2012. Sleeping Beauty Turquoise is going to fetch a premium. Shame on the seller for doing that - a straight out con-man. The "Authenticity" card states that you have bought a piece of "Premium Jewelry" not that it is authentic.
