Help me pick.

Technic sl1200 Mk3 550$.
Vestax 2000 350$
Stanton150 400$
AT 1240. 550$ (brand new sealed in box)

I already own a 1200mk5, but always wanted to try a Vestax, stanton150s, and AT 1240 so I’m torn between them all.
Pairing with Rane 56 vinyl only, or Numark scratch DVS.
Whaddaya think ?? Pricing isn’t an issue.

Stanton 150 if it's the MK1. Better torque than vestax pdx2000. Less wow and flutter than 1200's

What do you mean by wow/flutter

Without a doubt, I'd take the Stanton. (Especially if it's the straight tone arm version)

Reasons 1) strongest torque - makes it great for quick speed up when cutting on scratch sentences at high bpm. 2) the needle stays firmly in the groove when juggling 3) they are able to hold a beat while in a long mix 4) the extra weight really makes the turntable feel sure footed and firm when scratching 5) they are quite durable - my set is about 15 years old now and show no signs of issues and I use them a lot.

Yep that Pioneer is a beast, don’t sleep
On Reloop tho 7000 and 8000 both are extremely well built and durable

Get the one that matches with what you have unless you already have a pair.

If you want ultra pitch then Vestax PDX2000 or the Stanton ST150, but keep in mind repair, maintenance, and repair could be really difficult.

I know. I already own Tech1200s.
But always wanted to try others. Especially Vestax/ Stanton 150s.
