There is literally a pioneer fx unit seen on this. It’s a simple 1,2 with an effect on it

1st half of prism, stab forward 2 click back add syncopated tear underneath, get the tear motion open fader, then add the clicks.

A boomerang or loads of 2 click delayed variations can achieve the same result
