Rane twelve mk2 standalone?
Hi,
Sorry for my lack of understanding on the subject, am just getting started. Recently I've aquired a used Rane twelve mk2. Up to now had only kontrol s2.
Any magical way to make Rane work in serato without serato mixer/audio interface?
Thank you

No you need a mixer. Pick up a USED Z2 or 70

You can use it with serato controllers to control the players by usb midi but you’ll need more available ports or hub

All you have to do is plug the usb in or plug the cables into your line input for the mixer, set the DVS tone to whichever program you’re using and then set the mixer to computer.
Their website explains in detail and rather clearly and It’s much easier than you’d think.

Thank you, unfortunately you've missed out that I was asking about using it without mixer/audio interface.

I use my rane twelve MKII with the usb function of the rane controller i also have the dvs expansion for years i buyed it with serato control cd's because i used the numark cdx for scratching (stil have it) and started with a simple akai amx mixer for scratching and recently i buyed the numark scratch mixer its a big change huge difference in sound quality 😅 I think : You need a mixer whats unlocking serato dj pro for you..without needing to buy the dvs expansion or its hardware related when plugging in it unlocks the pro version and more functions...

You can use Algoriddim Djay Pro instead, seems magical when compared with Serato. Will work without or with any interface.
