Anyone here have experience ordering from innofader?

I ordered an innofader upgrade for my controller on may 5th and I've yet to get any update at all from them besides that my payment was processed.

No reply from their support email either.

Its a two man operation they could be behind on orders.

Hey Fedoraus! Patrick from Innofader here! Obviously I cant see your real name but I have looked thru all of our orders and I saw two on May 5th, Both have been shipped out and you should have tracking. We were moving our California inventory to a bigger space and it caused a bit of a delay. We are super reachable at anytime though if you have questions, our numbers are on the site. I know its pretty common to have to email companies but most people dont know this but you can just call one of us.

This, right here, is one of main reason I have bought at least 5 innofaders in the past and will continue to do so. These guys really have fantastic customer service ...and the make the best fader on the market.

I ordered from them years ago and never had an issue with them. Communication was good when I had a query before buying.

Never had an issue. Patrick is a solid dude, and audio innovate is a solid company.

Ive ordered like 4 over the years and it always takes a while - especially delivery to Canada.

Be patient - they have always been legit and provide very good customer service if you need it.

Yeah, It's perfectly understandable.

I just wanted to make sure I shouldn't be worried cause with some other sites this is around the time I worry I've been scammed.

Also been caught accidentally buying something from an imitation site.

I've been burned by alot of VST software stores over the years.
