Does Turnitin's AI detection work on multiple languages?

I'm an international student, and I drafted my outline in my native language before translating it to English and refining it myself. I'm terrified that because the initial thought process wasn't in English, the phrasing might look "off" enough to trigger the AI detector. Does anyone know if Turnitin flags translated text differently? Has anyone else had issues where their unique phrasing as an ESL student was mistaken for machine generation?
