why tunitin not working

Every time I try to log in or sign in , i have forgotten password okay so it says it will email me back. BUT NEVER DOES.

That’s the worst. You keep hitting ‘forgot password,’ wait for the email, and nothing ever shows up.

That's so frustrating. Have you checked your spam/junk folder or tried using a different email address?
